From first enquiry to hand-over, Nathan and Steve have been extremely accomodating and thorough. After visiting the new dealership (which was impressive), they had the vehicle I was looking for but didnt have the specs I was after. Within 2 weeks, Steve had found the perfect car for me interstate. They went above and beyond making sure that the car was mechanically sound, no damage or smells. They even detailed the car and hand-delivered it to my house, with a full tank of fuel. Steve and Nathan were very helpful and answered all of my questions, explained everything to me and made sure I was 100% happy with my purchase. I received a fair trade-in price and they put my custom plates put on before delivery. Overall, it was a pleasant, professional and seamless experience and I am definitely going to recommend Prestige Warehouse to anyone who is looking to buy a quality vehicle.
